Building separate analytics platform on existing systems
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
Opian Health seeks to engage an individual consultant to develop an analytical environment integrating the existing DHIS2 based COVID-19 Testing System and COVID Vaccination Systems to enable real time data analysis and extraction without interfering the production environment.
Currently, the systems do not separate system environment for production and analytical. This has implication on overall performance of the system and inability of accessing/extracting huge amount of data needed for decision making on real time. In addition, extracting the data overwhelm the production system that affects the functionalities of both testing and vaccination at service provider levels.
There is a need to develop a separate analytical system to manage the analytical component. The separation of production and analytical environment will optimize the overall performance of both systems and increase the usability of data for decision and policy making. On other hand, the production environment will be set free from several queries extracting data that slowing the performance and sometimes system down up.
