Build a nutritional algorithm -- 2

The building of a nutritional calculator which allows the user to input body measurements to calculate Resting Metabolic Rate and Total Energy Expenditure. I addition to the algorithm should also be able to give me the food measurements given dependent on the ratio of macronutrients and the amount of kilocalories placed into the calculation.
