Build Search Functionaility in WPforms

I have developed a form by using WPforms. I have a excel list, which contains entries around 3000. What I am lookin for is to show these enteries into a drop down list. But fist user enters the keyword in the first field and then second field only shows the shortlisted enteries based on key words. Please see the attached screenshot. Feel free to ask any question
