Build a Excel run program to read in and update supplier pricing for product to be uploaded to Magento
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
We are a fastener wholesaler in operation for 40 years who require a simple process that will allow us to date a large number of excel workbooks with our suppliers pricing information. The updated pricing will allow us to update our ecommerce shop selling prices and also our B2B selling prices.
We have approximately six excel workbooks (increasing continually) containing up to fifty individual worksheet that require updating on a monthly basic.
We have attached a sample of one of our workbook and also two suppliers excel pricing files for reference. The worksheets all have the supplier information starting at column BT. Also attached are two suppliers excel files and their code numbers which we use in the worksheets in the suppliers columns fall under the columns highlighted in RED. The suppliers product code numbers are currently located in either columns BU ,BW, BY, CA, CC, CE and so on. The columns for the pricing information updates current are located in columns BT, BV, BX, BZ, CB, CD and so on. The program will need to be flexible as the Suppliers for product differ for products and they will not always be located in the same position on individual worksheets. The flexibility will have to be built in as we may need to add further columns before these current Supplier and Pricing columns.
We are very open to the successful Freelancer is suggest how they can modify our current Excel workbooks but it must be of ease to use and also the information we require must be able to be exported in CSV file format.
We would envisage that will will need to speak on Skype with the successful Freelancer to further flesh out the project from time to time.
