develop a comprehensive asset allocation rebalancing tool for managing my ETF investments using Excel. The tool should allow for manual rebalancing and provide detailed asset allocation breakdowns using data from the ETFs.

Key Features:
- Manual rebalancing: The tool should allow me to pick an investor profile, for example, Balanced Growth, Growth, Aggressive Growth and see what appropriate asset allocation should be, made up of individual ETFs. It should be able to use inputted information of existing investment holdings, and generate buy/sell recommendations to ensure existing portfolio aligns with model portfolio.
- The recommended asset allocation should come from a manual input that can be changed month to month, which will automatically update the recommended investor profiles.
- It would be great to have it on one page, with drop down list for different asset allocation strategies, and change the appropriate asset allocation
- Additional Info: Should have ability to generate detailed reports, of asset allocation, by asset class, geographic region, management expense ratio etc.
