Australian Property Data Enrichment
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
We are an Australian real estate agency seeking an experienced data specialist or data-enrichment provider for ongoing property prospecting.
We can supply bulk CSV files containing:
* Property address
* Suburb/state/postcode
* Property owner name where available
We require these records to be enriched with current Australian mobile telephone numbers matched to the property owner.
Initial test: 100–500 records
Ongoing requirement: potentially 5,000–20,000+ records per month.
Essential requirements:
* Demonstrated experience with Australian data
* High mobile-number match accuracy
* Ability to process bulk CSV files
* Explain the legitimate/licensed sources or services used to obtain/enrich the data
* Data must be permitted for the proposed Australian real-estate prospecting use
* Australian coverage, particularly QLD and NSW; VIC desirable
Please include:
1. Your Australian data/enrichment experience
2. Expected mobile match rate
3. Price per 1,000 records or successful match
4. Turnaround time
5. Data source/category and permitted-use basis
6. Whether you can provide a small sample/pilot
This can become a substantial ongoing project for the right provider.
