Attendance Point Tracker for Rolling Year

I need to create an attendance points tracker in Excel that will calculate how many points someone currently has during a 12 month rolling year (Example- how many points does someone have from 10/30/2020-10/30/2021. You will see the different occurrences employees can have from being absent, late, etc. I need to be able to add different years to this report and also have it calculate based on a rolling 12 month year.
