Analyze JSON data

We have JSON data in files of multiple logs files (around 30 files). We need someone to parse the data inside and create a standard data (SQL, Excel or R) and the analyze this data and get some business insights over this data. This is a repating project - so if we find a good developer / data scientists we can hire for longer time.
