Amazon – ecomdash Daily Inventory Sync -- 2

Each day I export the full inventory file from ecomdash and the Active Listings report from Amazon Seller Central, then reconcile the two in Excel. I need a reliable hand to take over this routine so quantities always match and overselling never happens.
What the workflow looks like:
• Export the SKU and latest quantity from ecomdash.
• Download Amazon’s Active Listings report with available quantity.
• Load both data into Excel, match SKUs, and flag every mismatch.
• Sync the correct quantity from ecomdash to Amazon for any SKU that doesn’t match.
• Log every adjustment in a running spreadsheet and generate a Microsoft To-Do task summarizing the day’s changes so I have a clear audit trail.
This has to happen daily, without fail. Accuracy is non-negotiable, so familiarity with Amazon Seller Central reports, ecomdash exports, and VLOOKUP in Excel is essential.
Deliverables I expect:
1. Synchronized Amazon quantities reflecting ecomdash stock by close of business each day.
2. A neatly formatted Excel comparison sheet saved in our shared drive.
3. A Microsoft To-Do notification listing SKUs corrected, original vs. new quantity.
