Amazon Rekognition for Video Analysis

I'm seeking an expert who can leverage Amazon Rekognition for analyzing pre-recorded videos. The primary focus will be on object and scene detection as well as facial analysis, such as age and emotions.

I’m looking to develop a website using my existing domain, that allows me to upload videos for facial recognition analysis.

While it doesn’t necessarily have to use Amazon Rekognition, that seems like a logical option. The system should support a comparison-based approach, where uploaded files (such as photos) can be matched against video content. The first priority will be to develop the facial recognition capability and if successful, I will want to add Optical Character Recognition for license plates.

To demonstrate the tool, I’d like to upload pictures of my own face and compare them to videos of myself. The website should be scalable to accommodate future feature expansions.
