Address Matching for Dataset Merging -- 2

I need assistance in merging two CSV datasets based on address matching. One source file contains clean official government recorded addresses and the other contains addresses that came from a real estate database via screen scraping. The smaller file has only TX locations. The larger file can be filtered to just TX locations so we are talking about approx 1,200 rows in each file. Normalize and clean the address data. You may also use geocode data. There should be a 1-to-1 match between the two files.
