Accurate Manual Data Entry

I have a batch of digital files that contain both text and numbers, and I need every piece transferred with care through manual data entry. The source material is already in digital form—PDFs and spreadsheets—so no scanning is required, just meticulous typing and verification.

Here’s what success looks like for me:
• All mixed data captured exactly as it appears in the originals.
• A clearly structured output file—Excel or Google Sheets is fine—using separate columns for each field I specify.
• Zero transcription errors confirmed by a quick spot-check on my end.

You’ll receive the files, a sample row that shows field order, and a brief data dictionary so you know what each column means. Please keep a short change log and share progress updates after every completed 1,000 rows (or after each day, whichever comes first).

Confidentiality is essential, so I’ll ask you to delete the source files once the job is signed off. If you’re comfortable with repetitive yet accuracy-critical work, I’d love to hear how quickly you can start and how many rows you can reliably process per day.
