Im looking for someone who can do data entry in my accounting system. Its quite simple, but very repetitive.
You must login into 2 systems, my billing system and accounting system. Then you must check invoices if they are correct, and then accept them and add the payment
The project is ongoing, for long time, preferbly over the next few years, so i'm looking for someone who can work around 2-5 hours per day on an ongoing basis
There is quite a lot of information needed to do this project correctly, so you must be available via teamviewer and phone call, so i can teach you the correct way of doing the things. If you cannot be available on teamviewer and phone/skype/messenger for the onboard training, please dont bid because there will be needed training to do this job.
