I have a Python + Flask CLI tool that processes GIS SHP files. Right now, the main issue is that web scraping takes too much time .
I want to optimize the web scraping part aThe goal is to reduce total execution time by processing multiple files or tasks at the same time.
I also want simple before-and-after timing to confirm that the optimization actually helps.
