ASEAN Agriculture Database Development (with chat feature)

I need a database developer to establish a comprehensive database covering agriculture and aquaculture products across all ASEAN countries. The database should include detailed information on product types and categories, supplier contact details, and production and availability data. Additionally, it should incorporate advertisements for packaging materials, fertilizers, shipping, and other related services.
This is first step of t he project then i would need mobile friendly chat feature where farmers and buyer get in touch with each other.For example Farmers are selling chicken or coconuts can sell their products and buyers can chat with them to get their products.
