Spreadsheet Expert

I am looking for a spreadsheet expert to help with financial modeling. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating and modifying spreadsheets from an existing model. The project needs to be completed as soon as possible.
No modifications, what needs to be done is to link systematically data entered in prior tabs within this workbook into designated areas and to format the sheet so that it is appeasing to the eye while also ensuring that order of items is in line with requirements.
We will be taking data from the income statement and balance sheet statements (in prior tab), and systematically mappping items from these statements into the Statement of Cash Flows and Ratio Analysis.
With the ratio analysis, I provide a sheet to also reference which includes the formulas of the various ratios, the format for these various ratios, and lastly, indicators whether ratios are performing well (what the barometer for a healthy ratio is, and as the ratio changes over time, indicate with heat-map like features whether the performance is improving or declining).
Requirements:
- API Development (preferred)
- Macros/Google Sheets Scripts
- Expertise in financial modeling
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel)
- Ability to create and modify spreadsheets from scratch
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
