Power BI Sales Analysis Dashboard

I need a Power BI dashboard built from the ground up with one clear objective: give me an at-a-glance view of our sales performance. The data will come from our existing SQL database and a set of monthly CSV exports; you will connect, clean, and model everything inside Power Query and DAX so the reports refresh automatically.
While the core focus is sales analysis, I am open to your suggestions on which visuals and metrics add the most value—think revenue by region, product performance, or even individual sales-team results if that helps highlight trends. What matters is that the final report tells a concise story I can share with executives and frontline reps alike.
Deliverables
• A ready-to-publish Power BI (.pbix) file with clean data model, measures, and interactive visuals
• Step-by-step notes on data sources and refresh settings so I can maintain it in-house
• A quick Loom or Teams walkthrough (≈15 min) explaining how to navigate the report and tweak basic filters
Acceptance
The dashboard should load in under five seconds when opened in the Power BI Service, and every visual must respond instantly when a slicer is changed. I will sign off once the refresh schedule runs successfully and all sales KPIs reconcile with our source data.
