I am setting up a streamlined system that records and stores personal data only—no financial or operational information is involved. The core deliverable is a lightweight, well-structured database (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar) paired with a clean interface where I can input, edit, and search individual records with ease.
Key expectations:
• Design the data model to capture standard personal fields (name, address, phone, email, ID number), leaving it flexible for future additions.
• Build a simple, password-protected web form or desktop utility for CRUD operations.
• Include basic reporting so I can export selected records to CSV or PDF and view simple statistics such as total entries and date-range counts.
