Oracle-Power BI Dashboard Fix
Budget: $75 – $120 USD
I already have a Power BI template that connects to our Oracle Server, but the SQL join I wrote is dropping columns, so fewer fields reach Power BI than exist in the source tables. I need someone who can step into the Oracle layer, rebuild or optimise the join (or create a view) so every required column is exposed, and then map those fields back into the template.
The dashboard’s purpose is to surface operational performance metrics. In particular, it must show:
• Metrics based on store visits
Once the full dataset is flowing, I want the visuals refreshed or added as needed, the calculations validated against the source, and the refresh schedule confirmed.
Deliverables
• Corrected Oracle SQL (join or view) that keeps all required columns
• Updated Power BI data model and queries using Power Query/DAX
• Refreshed visuals in the existing template highlighting the store-visit metrics
• Brief handover notes so I can maintain the connection in the future
Oracle SQL expertise, comfort with Power BI’s data modelling, and an eye for clean operational dashboards are essential.
