Oracle HCM BIP & Extract Reports

I need an Oracle HCM Cloud reporting specialist who can build and fine-tune custom BI Publisher reports and HCM Extracts for the Core HR and Talent Management modules now in production. I already have functional requirements and sample layouts; what I’m missing is the technical horsepower to translate those into performant, secure, and easy-to-maintain deliverables that run seamlessly in our cloud environment.

The work involves:
• Designing data models, SQL, and fast-performing queries against HCM public views
• Creating RTF/Excel/PDF templates, parameter logic, and bursting where needed
• Developing HCM Extract definitions that supply downstream systems with clean, validated data
• Applying role-based security so only authorised users can run or schedule each report
• Transferring all objects (xdo, dat, xlsm, zip) via HDL or Migration utility and documenting every step

Acceptance criteria:
• Reports/extracts compile with no errors and return accurate data on first run
• Output matches the approved mock-ups and is formatted for both online and scheduled delivery
• All artefacts and setup instructions are handed over so another admin can re-deploy them end-to-end
