Looking for Data Modeler support for 8pm to 2 am IST time
Budget: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 INR
We are looking for a skilled professional with strong experience in healthcare data systems and data modeling concepts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR) data and a good understanding of clinical and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domains within hospital systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Work with healthcare data from leading EHR platforms such as EPIC, Oracle Cerner, MEDITECH, or other top-tier EHR systems.
• Understand and model clinical and RCM entities, including relationships within hospital and healthcare ecosystems.
• Apply Kimball modeling techniques and core data modeling concepts for analytics and reporting solutions.
• Support data integration, transformation, and structuring for healthcare analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure accurate representation of healthcare data models.
Required Skills & Experience
• Strong experience working with healthcare or hospital data systems.
• Solid understanding of clinical workflows and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes.
• Experience in Kimball data modeling and dimensional modeling concepts.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Good to Have
• Exposure to Value-Based Care measures and healthcare contracts.
• Working knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR.
• Experience working with large healthcare providers or integrated health systems.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with prior experience supporting or working with healthcare organizations such as HCA Healthcare, Kaiser Permanente, Cleveland Clinic, Johns Hopkins Medicine, or Trinity Health will be preferred.
