ECO Cost Savings Data Model
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a comprehensive data model and visualizations to track cost savings from ECO changes. This will involve:
- Modeling data related to cost savings after ECO changes, switching to cheaper parts, and when savings actually start.
- Visualizing the data to clearly show the relationship between ECO changes and inventory.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in data modeling and visualization.
- Experience with environmental data and cost analysis.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Attention to detail and ability to present data clearly.
Phase 1 Consolidations: Notes:
ECO Imlpementation date Indicated the material was re-labeled to the consolidated PN
Start date of actual savings realization When did we finish using up inventory of the old part that was relabeled?
Qty & % change of annual demand volume per classification
$ & % cost change per classification
12-months forecasted savings for each consolidation Based on savings realization start date & o9 forward looking demand plan for the consolidated component
Avg number of ECOs associated with each consolidation by type 3 possible ECO types per consolidation: DOC CHG, NEW PART, BOM/RTG CHANGE.
Total number of unique consolidations by classification Ex - How many consolidations in the screws classification? This can then be rolled up into Category consolidations
