HR Analytics -- 2

I'm looking for someone who can help me in analysing a set of data related to time spent by a group of emplyee inside an office. For each employee I have got personal data and the amount of time spent on different activities. I need to identify the "ideal role model" for these employees (ie best set of activities and time spent) and to identify a mesure that can point out how far each person is from the "ideal role model".
Once definited the model I need to translate it in a MDX query.
