I want to build Data science project and develop a problem statment on dataset for Decision Support System

I am looking for an experienced data scientist to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) based on a structured dataset. The project includes building a time series forecasting model to solve a descriptive problem. I need someone who can clean and curate the dataset, develop an appropriate predictive model, and provide relevant insights and prescriptive decisions. The project should also include a detailed problem statement that explains the goals and challenges of the DSS at hand.
