I need a mahine learning expert for a Phd experiment

I am working on my research for my PhD in KM. My research is about comparing different tools (WEKA, Knime, Orange, RapidMiner) to test their accuracy in the banking environment (so far thinking about loans or C.C fraud). So I need an expert to help facilitate the experiment and help find results also to suggest the datasets downloads since I don't know where to find such a thing. I am open to any suggestions for the tools used. However, I am suppose to make the experiment on the Saudi National Bank in Saudi Arabia and I think this is very challenging.
