forest fire detection using data analytics and cnn in india

I am looking for a data analytics expert with experience in CNN (Convolutional Neural Network) to help me with my project on forest fire detection using data analytics and CNN in India. The project should also include front end.

Purpose of the project:
- Development of a predictive model for forest fire detection

Available data:
- Both Satellite Imagery and Ground-based Sensors

Desired outcome:
- Accurate real-time detection of forest fires

Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong knowledge of data analytics and CNN
- Experience in working with satellite imagery and ground-based sensor data
- Ability to develop and train a predictive model for forest fire detection
