extract MJPEG data from SD card

We are looking for some programmer which can extract MJPEG data from image of SD card
It's about 4GB data... 3,5 GB not important, then about 300MB some short video we need to recover
It was AVI before. It looks like the begin of the file is overwritten.
Standard method with video repair software is not possible
