data list development

I have an extensive data list of businesses (16,000 plus companies and some details). I need help making this list, which is in excel, more usable for marketing. There is work directly on the data list, looking up companies' websites and finding key personnel. The first part moves the postcodes of 5,600 companies into a separate column. I shall isolate by region of the various companies, and then as we prepare to post-marketing material to the multiple areas, look up websites to locate directors or key personnel to send the marketing materials to. This work can be done and paid for in stages as we will come back to the file for additional work.
