combining two datasets for training Ml model

I am looking for someone to combine two small datasets of numerical data to train a Machine Learning model. The data will not need any preprocessing. This is a straightforward task and should only take a short amount of time. The ideal candidate for this project will have experience working with remote datasets and will be comfortable with numerical data.
