Web Scraper for Text & Images

I need an expert to create a web scraper that will target Website 1, will need to scape daily or even more frequently from multiple ip adresses focusing on harvesting text content and images specifically. I'm interested in freelancers with skills in data mining, web scraping, programming, and data processing. The final product should be capable of storing the collected data into a CSV file and exporting daily to a provider that excepts json via ftp server Proper organization and formatting of the scraped data is critical.
