Transactional Data Mining & JSON Export as REST API

I'm looking for an expert in data mining who can extract transactional data from both Email and Mobile Number sources. This data should be compiled and exported in JSON format.

Key Requirements:
- Data mining experience from both Email and Mobile Number sources.
- Ability to extract various types of transactional data.
- Proficiency in working with different data formats including Database, CSV and other unknown sources.
- Skilled in exporting data in JSON format.

Please note, the data we're looking to extract is not limited to purchase history, bank transactions or subscription details. The scope is broader and includes all available transactional data.

Important Points -

-- .XLS attached with required fields based on email and mobile number.
-- There are few libraries in python to fetch some of the fields (we will share it with developer) and those who takes this task can check similar sources or libraries to extract the fields.

NOTE: This is NOT a research based project. Those who wants to take this project can the feasibility before proceeding.
