Time series model building

I want someone to build me a time series model of the financial indexes which can predict the prices into the near future(1-2) weeks with weekly data. This system should be robust to volatility in the market and should provide good confidence intervals(range) of the market based on the current volatility. The system should be backtested and all important fitting parameters mentioned(eg. MAE, RMSE etc.).
