Start data furnishing company

I am looking to start a data furnishing company and am in need of assistance with getting it off the ground. My goal is to provide consumer data within the next month. As I do not currently have a data collection method in place, I am looking for someone to guide me in this process. I am open to suggestions and hope to gain the support necessary to develop a successful data furnishing business.
