Retail store sales data analysis

Hi,

We have a bakery selling bakery, confectionery and other general store items. I want to analyse sales data for following reports:

- Basket Analysis
- Sales Predictability
- Low performing items
- Days when certain items are sold least
- Timings when certain category items are sold most
- Any other report you think will be helpful to plan stock purchasing and reducing waste for freshly baked items W.g bread, cakes etc

Data will be available in cab format.
