I'm looking for a program that can get real-time news commentary about the Indian Stock Market from financial news websites and stock market forums.
Key Requirements:
- The program should collect news commentary at the level of 'headlines with summaries'.
- The scraped data should be output in JSON format.
- The program must demonstrate authenticity in its web scraping.
- The content must have a Sentimental Score (-1 to +1). Example: +0.955, +0.652, -0.453, etc using NLP techniques.
- The latency rate must not be more than 2000ms.
Ideal Skills:
