1. Technology / IT Project failures - % COST overrun out of the total project spending
i. worldwide/by Continent/Country
ii. by Project size (Large, Mid, small)
iii. by Industry (Banking, Manufacturing, Retail, Aviation, etc)
2. Key triggers for project failures and resultant cost overrun for each of the failures. (Percentages and values)
3. Proven solution to avoid those major causes for failures.
4. We would need clear reference to the data sources. Validation by multiple sources (Mckensey, Gartner, Bain, Forester, PMI World, Statista, etc) would be great to have. I am happy to pay for one time subscription for any of the journals (one or more) for data if needed.
5. This data is requested for the purpose of identifying & quantify key reasons IT project failures & proven solutions in delivery management space
