Neural Network for Fishing Optimization

I'm looking to develop a neural network aimed at optimizing fishing catch.
Key Requirements:
- The main objective of this project is to identify the optimal fishing locations using the neural network.
- You will be working with historical catch data, fish movement patterns, water and climate data, amongst other data sets, which you will need to identify and procure from publicly available data sources for model training purposes.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in machine learning and neural network development.
- Prior experience in developing predictive models for catch optimization is a plus.
- Ability to interpret and work with complex datasets.
