Need specific historic football/soccer data

Hi there,
I’d like to find someone who can gather some historic football/soccer data for me as CSV. I need this data for several leagues for the last 2 complete seasons (2019/2020 & 2020/2021) and the current season to date (2021/2022).
I need to have the following fields for every match which has been played in the league:
1 Date of Match
2 Competition name
3 Home Team name
4 Away Team name
5 Home Team Goals at Full Time
6 Away Team Goals at Full Time
7 Home Team Goals at Half Time
8 Away Team Goals at Half Time
9 Name of scorer of each goal in the match
10 If the goal was a penalty or not
11 The minute each goal was scored in
12 Number of yellow cards in the match
13 Number of red cards in the match
14 Details of all substitutions in the match
15 The minute each substitution happened in
