Need Data Mining Expert

Need a Data Mining tutor (expert level) for graduate studies. Tutor should have expert level knowledge and skill related to the data mining field. Will be working on a project where we will be working on sales forecasting, boosting and enhancement of customer experience of a liquor store using 2 years of POS data. Project will be conducted over 4 months and expert should be dedicated and communicative and most importantly know what they are signing up for. A description document is attached below.
