NLP Cloud Entity Extraction

I'm looking for a freelancer to help with organization and product name entity extraction from raw text files using NLP. The extracted data will be used for analysis.

I had a demo on NLP cloud, and I'm happy with every answer the software gives on my individual requests.
Now, I need someone to assist me with setting up:

- NER extraction (preferable with NLP cloud) on a folder of PDF files (2000 +)
- take out different named entities (like product name, company, etc)
- It must be ease possible for me add named entities to search for
- put all named entity in excel folder

All IP should me transferred to me when finished the project

Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in NLP techniques
- Experience with entity extraction
- Familiarity with data analysis
