Medical Practice Manager Leads - 4-16-26

I’m building a fresh outbound list of decision-makers who run medical practices and I need your help mining LinkedIn for them. The focus is on current “Practice Managers,” “Office Managers,” “Clinic Managers,” or equivalent titles inside physician practices, clinics, and outpatient centers.

Here’s what I need from each contact:
• Full name, exact job title, and medical practice name
• Direct LinkedIn profile URL
• LinkedIn Email
• Verified business email (and phone, if you can locate it)
• Practice location and rough employee count whenever that data is visible

Please rely on LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools you already use, and run basic email validity checks before handing the file over—accuracy beats volume. Duplicates are not acceptable.

Deliverable
An Excel or Google Sheet with clearly labelled columns, one row per contact, ready for immediate import into my CRM.

Acceptance criteria
• 95%+ accuracy on core fields (name, title, company)
• All emails must pass a standard verification tool
• Less than 2% duplicates in the final sheet

1st sentence in the LinkedIn ABOUT paragraph for each contact

Only include profiles where the current job title exactly matches one of the following:
