Mailing lists

I have two mailing lists I would like to build. one is a full list of all the construction and building companies and a full list of all the automotive repair garages in the North West of England with a T/0 of more than £750K. This information is with companies house and other business website but is a time consuming process to do the search so I would like to find someone who can mine the data from the internet.
