Lead List Generation - Healthcare Recruiting

I am looking for support with a data scraping project aimed at creating a sourcing list of individuals at target companies by job title. Ideally the list would include the individuals' names, emails and cell phones or other contact information such as social media. The intention is to start with one large competitor then expand to other targeted sourcing lists if successful.
