Title: Research & Build Investor Database (Family Offices + HNW Decision-Makers)
Description:
We are looking for an experienced researcher/data miner to build a verified contact list of family offices, high-net-worth investors, and institutional investor decision-makers.
Requirements:
• Must use LinkedIn Sales Navigator (and other professional tools) to identify decision-makers only (Principals, CIOs, Partners, Managing Directors).
• Each contact must include:
• Full Name
• Title/Position
• Company/Family Office Name
• Verified Email (must pass validation check, no “info@” emails)
• LinkedIn Profile URL
• Location (city + country)
Scope:
• Initial project: 200–300 leads (test batch).
• If quality is proven, this will be ongoing weekly work (thousands of contacts over time).
Important:
• All emails must be validated (zero bounces).
• Data must be accurate and up to date.
• Contacts must fit the investor profile—no irrelevant industries or junior staff.
Deliverable:
• Spreadsheet (Google Sheets/Excel) with the above columns.
