Google Cloud XML Data Parsing

I need to scrape data from XML files stored in Google Cloud Buckets. The extracted attributes and tags should be parsed and stored in a SQL database hosted on Google Cloud.

Requirements:
- Access to Google Cloud
- Scrape XML data: attributes and tags
- Parse and store in Google Cloud SQL
