Google AppScript Data Manipulation

I am in need of a Google AppScript expert to help with the following tasks:
- Reading data from the Google Sheets: The AppScript will need to be able to read specific rows and columns as required.
- Writing data to the Google Sheets: The AppScript will need to be able to add new rows and columns as necessary.
- Modifying existing data in the Google Sheets: The AppScript will also need to be able to update and delete existing rows and columns as needed.
These actions should be performed through filtering data based on specific criteria.
Ideally, you should have:
- A good understanding of Google AppScript's capabilities and limitations.
- Experience in manipulating data in Google Sheets through AppScripts.
