Generate Data Sets with Varying R-squared

I need three data sets for scatter plots, each with the same linear trend line but very different R-squared values. The data sets need to be generated. The objective is to teach others that the trend line for a sample should not be relied upon to draw conclusions for the entire population without also knowing the R-squared.

Requirements:
- 3 data sets
- 100 observations in each data set
- Same linear trend line for all three data sets (preferably y=2x+5, but not mandatory)
- Different R-squared values:
-1.0
-0.5
-0.1 or less

Ideal skills and experience:
- Data generation
- Statistics
- Experience with scatter plots and trend lines
