GNN-based Wildfire Forecasting

I'm seeking an expert to develop a university project on wildfire prediction system utilizing Graph Neural Networks (GCN). The primary goal of this project is to achieve accurate wildfire forecasts.

Requirements:
- Implement GCN for wildfire prediction.
- Utilize provided datasets: Satellite imagery, Historical weather data, Vegetation and topography data.
- Deliver a model that accurately predicts wildfire occurrences.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in Graph Neural Networks, particularly GCN.
- Strong background in machine learning and data analysis.
- Experience with satellite imagery and geological datasets.
