I'm seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented freelancer to assist with skip tracing, data mining, and web research related to homeowners and companies currently in foreclosure.
Project Scope:
* I will provide you with an Excel spreadsheet containing a list of property addresses.
* Your task will be to:
* Skip Trace: Locate the current contact information (phone numbers, email addresses,) of the property owners associated with each property.
* Data Mine: Gather relevant information about the properties and homeowners, including but not limited to:
* Mortgage details (lender, loan amount, etc.)
* Foreclosure status and timeline
* Property details (size, value, etc.).
* Web Search: Perform comprehensive web searches to supplement the data mining efforts, utilizing various online resources and databases.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in skip tracing, data mining, and web research, particularly in the real estate/foreclosure sector.
* Proficiency in using skip tracing tools and databases (e.g., TLOxp, LexisNexis, etc.). (Please list any tools you have access to in your proposal).
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to deliver results in a timely manner.
* Proficient in Excel
* Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Deliverables:
* A completed Excel spreadsheet with the requested information for each property address.
