Fencers data mining

I am looking for someone to help me mine data about fencers in my local/regional area. Specifically, I am looking to collect names and contact information for each fencer. The collected information will be used to do research and analysis in order to gain better understanding of the fencing community. I need someone who can accurately and reliably gather this data according to my specified interests. Experience with databases and data extraction/mining is preferable.
